Our guests’ Health and Wellbeing is a priority and we fully comply with the Government Guidelines in place, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene throughout.

There are some operational changes and we continue to make day to day running as seamless as possible to ensure guest safety and enjoyment.

Access to the Village is strictly controlled with the electric gates continuously closed. Only guests staying within the Village have access and a discreet team of dedicated staff are available should assistance be required.

All accommodation is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each stay and communal areas are sanitized regularly.

Servicing of rooms and cottages is only available on request. Where servicing is requested we ask guests to ensure that no personal items are left on the beds. Servicing of rooms can be arranged at reception.

Within the Village there are no shared entrances, corridors, lobbies or walkways making it easy to maintain social distancing.

We ask guests to avail of the hand sanitizer stations within the Village. Each room and cottage will have a welcome pack of items for added personal safety.

Each cottage and room opens outwards to the great outdoors, offering a uniquely private and protected experience.

Coolbawn Quay holds the Failte Ireland Safety Charter having completed the training program.
