The blend of exotic cultures, colours and fragrances from around the world adds to the sensuality of the products. These dynamic ingredients, medical grade formulae and dedicated research are all combined within Elemis products to provide a range of spa therapies which offer scientific solutions for every skin, body or lifestyle concerns.

Created in 1994, Jane Iredale was the first mineral makeup brand to supply the beauty industry with a line of products with skincare benefits. Using the highest quality ingredients available to create their cruelty-free beauty products ensures satisfaction with performance, coverage, application, and texture.

Jane Iredale is designed to leave the skin feeling lightweight and as natural as possible while making sure the products perform at the highest level.

As you will be joining us shortly we look forward to welcoming you. Our treatment rooms are in an idyllic lakeshore setting bordered by beautiful forests, lush rolling green fields and overlooking the old stone walled harbour and marina. The environment is perfectly peaceful and in harmony with nature.

Dress Code

For your comfort, we provide a robe for the duration of your stay.

We do not supply single use slippers as we are conscious of minimising our carbon footprint.

We ask that you bring your own slippers or flip flops.   We do have some available, least you forget.

As we are primarily a residential destination we have limited lockers for Day guests for personal belongings.

Appropriate swimwear to be worn while enjoying wild swimming in the lake.

Privacy

During treatments your therapist will drape you appropriately and respect your privacy.

Quiet Environment

We ask that, while in the vicinity of the treatment rooms, you are mindful of other guests and speak softly so as not to disturb.

Please ensure that your mobile phone is either turned off or on silent.

Always were soft shoes so as not to create noise.

Jewellery & Valuables

Most therapies flow more smoothly without the interference of jewellery.   We recommend removing neck ad wrist ornaments.   We provide a small pouch to hang from the treatment bed for safe storage or your valuables.   We do not accept responsibility for the protection or safekeeping of personal items.

Infrared Sauna

The use of our infrared sauna is not suitable during pregnancy

Precautions

Before treatments we recommend eating and drinking in moderation and avoiding alcoholic beverages

We do not recommend shaving or waxing 24/48 hours prior to your treatment.

Do not shave your legs prior to a body scrub treatment.

As sunburn may limit the enjoyment of your treatment, please be vigilant and use sunscreen.

Young Adults

We offer limited treatments to young adults between the age of 16 and 18.    On such occasions we require the attendance of a parent during treatment time.

Mums-to-be

We have a range of treatments designed for the comfort and care of mums-to-be.

It is important that you advise of pregnancy before booking treatments.

The use of our infrared sauna is not suitable during pregnancy.

To Make a Booking

To ensure your preferred time and availability of service, we recommend booking in advance.

All treatment bookings require credit or debit card to secure the booking.

Special Offers and Packages are strictly on full prepayment basis.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Euro an are subject to change at any time.   Gratuities are not included and are welcomed, at your own discretion.

Arrival Time

We recommend that you arrive no less than 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.   Late arrival may mean that the scheduled treatment time is reduced or unable to be honoured.  

Where we are unable to honour a treatment, due to late arrival, the cancellation policy will apply.

Treatment Time

Your treatment time is as specified in the brochure and includes consultation and aftercare as a complimentary service

Medical Conditions

Some of the treatments we offer are not suitable for guests with certain medical conditions or expectant and nursing mothers.

It is important that, during your consultation, you advise us of any such conditions.

Consultations

For your wellbeing the professional team of therapists offer a confidential and complimentary consultation which is carried out prior to commencing any treatment.   It is essential that you inform your therapist of any allergies and specific medical conditions in order to screen and tailor the treatment to meet your personal needs as certain elements of treatments may not be advisable.

Cancellation Policy

Day Programs must be paid for in full at time of booking.    This is non-refundable unless cancellation or change of date is made 72 hours in advance.

All treatments must be secured with credit or debit card at the time of booking.

·         Up to 72 hours cancellation notice is required for a full refund

·         Up to 24 hours cancellation notice will incur 50% charge

·         Under 24 hours cancellation notice will incur 100% charge

For groups of 6 or more terms and conditions will be agreed in advance with a separate specified Cancellation Policy

Special Offers carry a separate cancellation policy which will be confirmed at time of booking.
