4 yoga classes - all classes are open to every level with guidance given to make it accessable to all.

As it is our priority to protect our guests we do not pair guests to share rooms.

Upgrade Option | You have the option to upgrade your accommodation to a Superior Room. These are individual rooms scattered throughout the village, each with its own door opening onto a private terrace with table and chairs for private dining ‘al fresco’ . Price available on request.

You will be asked to present your Covid Vaccination Certificat on checkin.


Meet the team

Host & guide | Linda Champ

Linda is your host & yoga guide for the duration of your stay.

Linda started her career as a hands on holistic therapist, working in 5 star Spas in Ireland. Pursuing her quest for knowledge about body wellbeing she went on to study Nutritional Therapy in 2008 and subsequently travelled to Austria in 2009 to complete her Yoga Teacher Training. She dived in to an intense program, waking up at 6 in the mornings to complete 3 hours of Yoga, 6 days a week, followed by full days of theory. This experience taught her that it is equally important to have a healthy mind as it is to have a healthy body. To finish her training, she wanted to be able to help people with injuries so she completed a 2 year course in Cork as a Neuromuscular and Physical Therapist.
She has travelled extensively teaching yoga in countries such as New Zealand, Costa Rica, Austria, Portugal and Spain.

Charming in every way, Linda will greet you on arrival and guide you through every stage of the retreat in your ‘home from home’ for the duration of your stay.


Therapist | Louise Harding

Louise is qualified as a Beauty & Body Therapist, and is passionate about all elements of both inner and outer beauty. With a dramatic shift to Wellness as an important element to overall wellbeing and beauty, Louise continues to add to her knowledge and skills to meet the changing needs of her clients. Fully qualified as an Elemis Therapist, with a deep understanding of the brand and products, Louise offers helpful and encouraging advice to clients and delivers the ultimate wellness experience.


Dining | Len Scott

Len is your private chef and will cater for all your dietary needs during the course of the retreat. Len combines the elements of fresh, seasonal, local produce with the added benefit of nutrient dense plant based foods to ensure a well balanced choice of dishes at every meal.

Check in at reception and settle into your ‘home from home’ for the weekend followed by some Me Time.

Slip away for a treatment and submit to the caring hands of a therapist

Stroll along the lakeshore and explore your surroundings

Read a book in a secluded hammock

Feel the motion of the water in a cosy static rowing boat

Embrace Wild Swimming from the platform followed by an infra red Sauna on the deck

Take a leisurely walk to the Cominchas Woodland and explore the concept of Forest Bathing

Take a nap

17.00 | Yoga with Linda - 60min class

Relax into your weekend with a gentle stretch and relax class of Yin Yoga in our stunning glass studio with breathtaking views of Lough Derg. The class will open with an introductory welcome talk in preparation for the weekends activities and achievements.

18.30 | Welcome Reception

Join us in the Clubhouse to mingle and enjoy refreshing Mocktails and canapes.

19.00 | Dinner

Enjoy a delicious three course dinner in our Lakeshore Restaurant. Clubhouse Chef Len combines the elements of fresh, seasonal, local produce with the added benefit of nutrient dense plant based foods to ensure a well balanced choice of dishes at every meal. Do enquire if you would like to order from our A La Carte Menu (additional cost).

End your day with a soothing candlelit class under the stars, Yoga Nidra guided meditation

Begin the day with an energising yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa

09.45 | Nutritious breakfast buffet

Enjoy a continental style breakfast buffet of house made granola, delicious breads, yoghurts, fresh fruit platters, toasted nuts & seeds, berry compotes and free range eggs.

11.30 | Woodland hike - optional

Join Linda on a hike to the local Cominchas Woods, take in the sights, sounds and smells of nature and be rewarded with panoramic views of Lough Derg from the top, explore the concept of Forest Bathing and really get in touch with nature.

13.30 | Wholesome buffet lunch

Restore your energy levels with some delicious protein rich soup, wholegrain nutritious salad and warming fresh herb teas, harvested from our Lakeshore Garden.

14.30 | Me time

...and relax …read that book …take that nap…book a treatment ...blissful. Explore Wild Swimming and immerse yourself from the bathing platform into the refreshing waters of the lake. Emerge feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, take a natural spring shower and cosy up in one of the grass roofed cabins

18.00 | Yoga with Linda - 60min

Take a deeply relaxing candlelit Yin Yoga class under the stars, and reflect on your experiences throughout the day with guided meditation.

20.00 | Dinner by candlelight

Relax and unwind after a busy day and enjoy another delicious 3 course dinner. Sip on a pre-dinner complimentary cocktail. You have the option to enhance your dining experience from our ‘a la carte’ dinner menu and wine list (additional cost).
